Video Learning Program: Organizational Change
We produced the video, which features 22 video segments, this summer with the considerable help of ten individuals who are leading experts and practitioners in the fields of change management, organizational psychology, creativity and innovation, positive psychology, and so much more.
Among those featured are Dr. Adam Grant, author of the NYT bestseller about generosity at work, Give and Take; and Dr. Maria Sirois, a nationally recognized expert in positive psychology. We believe we asked our expert participants the questions you would have most wanted answered had you been in the studio with us.
The complete video is 6 and 1/2 hours long; it’s like a graduate-level seminar on organizational change. Most of the sections run less than 30 minutes, making it easy to show them individually during staff meetings, for example.
Naked Hearted: How Bullshit, Parkinson’s and John Lennon Change My Life
By following them, you show up as the real you and find an ease, a joy, a belonging in the world no matter what it throws at you.
In a world where we present our filtered “best selves” online and in real life, business maverick Lois Kelly is calling “bullshit.”
In her debut collection of personal essays, Lois’ tender, revelatory, and hilarious stories show us how to see into our own souls, accept vulnerability and make sense of what life throws at us. Lois writes about life with the honesty of Brene Brown, the soul searching of Elizabeth Gilbert, and the wit of Nora Ephron. Her chronicles invite us to wonder and revisit our own stories, claiming our naked-hearted real selves.

Rebels at Work is a brilliant guide for change activists who want to rock the boat and stay in it. As rebels at work we are too often marginalised and our great ideas go unheeded. Yet we are actually the salvation of our organisations. I love the fact that the authors are a living embodiment of what can happen when rebels get activated in a positive way. This book gives power to rebels at work everywhere. There are a few bosses out there who should be very scared!
