Lois,
Thank you for your insights in answer to my question (about how countries vary in their acceptance of social media). By the way, in case you haven't heard, you may be interested in an upcoming exhibit called Connections at the MIT Museum. http://web.mit.edu/museum/ The opening reception is Feb 26. Be well, and hope to meet up with you again some day.

Hi Lois,

Great questions, great (and detailed) answers. If nothing else, everybody should be using Google Alerts to track their own names, their brands, and their company names. It's a no-brainer as a way to find out what's being said about you and it's also a good way to track what customers are saying about your competitors online. Shouldn't you know? Best,

Hi Lois,

Great interview! Really great information in here, truly. I'm especially passionate about the use of social media for B2B; given the relationship-driven and longer-term sales cycle that's part of these companies, I think social media can be a wonderful approach.

Thanks also for the Radian6 mention; really appreciate it.

Best,
