		<description>Thanks for the shout-out Lois and I&#039;m glad you liked my post. I share your thoughts that if an organization doesn&#039;t follow and embrace the culture that social media enables, they have a bigger problem than having a failed blog.  Sadly, however, these leaders and their command and control culture won&#039;t be eliminated in three years - it&#039;ll be a slow process, but it has to happen.  The question is, will these organizations still be around when they finally see the light?</description>
