We&#039;ve been moving in the direction of &#039;tribing&#039; for about six months now, and the shift in thinking (language) is wild and having amazing impact when that&#039;s what we lead from.

We&#039;re applying this less as strategy - a high value for tribe members is authenticity, in fact its expected/demanded, and they&#039;ve got highly tuned sniffers for simple &#039;positioning&#039; - and more a way to really meet &#039;our&#039; people where they are and do great business while aligned with our purpose and principles.

As far as I can tell, its the clearest path to win/win/win/win...</description>
