Kudo's Lois. We've been moving in the direction of 'tribing' for about six months now, and the shift in thinking (language) is wild and having amazing impact when that's what we lead from. We're applying this less as strategy - a high value for tribe members is authenticity, in fact its expected/demanded, and they've got highly tuned sniffers for simple 'positioning' - and more a way to really meet 'our' people where they are and do great business while aligned with our purpose and principles.
