I’m finding that sales organizations are embracing conversational marketing — talking about ideas, advice, points of view — faster than marketing, PR or advertising. Why? They’re on the front lines every day and see the value of having fresh ideas that get a prospect saying, “That’s interesting. Tell me more.”
